• All items are handmade or customized just for you — slight variations may occur and add to their uniqueness. 
• Custom orders must be reviewed and approved before production. Please double-check all spelling, colors, and personalization details — once production begins, changes cannot be made. 
• We reserve the right to decline custom orders that include offensive or inappropriate content.

• Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee. 

• We ship via [Pirate Ship, USPS,UPS, FEDEX with tracking provided.

• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, postal issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

• Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. 
• If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damage, wrong item), please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. 
• Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. 
• Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started production. 

All designs, images, and content in our shop are the property of Glory and Glam. Reproduction, duplication, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Please use items as intended and supervise children with small items like buttons or accessories.
